Fix Salon is a boutique hair salon owned by seasoned stylist Mandy McCullough. Mandy created Fix to exceed her client's expectations for beautiful hair and exceptional service — offering exclusive high-end services in a welcoming neighborhood environment.
Our highly-educated and talented stylists are committed to offering the best hair services available. Fix Salon's forte is to create classic, beautiful looks with an emphasis on keeping your hair healthy and naturally radiant.

Owner · Master Stylist · Redken National Educator
With over 28 years of experience behind the chair, Mandy is known for her ability to truly listen and translate her clients' vision into effortless, modern results — hair that feels both elevated and wearable, that grows out beautifully and fits seamlessly into real life.
In addition to working with her clients in Seattle, Mandy travels nationally as an educator and facilitator for Redken, where she trains other stylists in advanced color, cutting, and communication techniques. Her work has taken her to major industry stages, including New York and Los Angeles, and has been featured in publications such as American Salon and Beauty Launchpad.
She is also the co-author of Prove Them Wrong: A High Performance Guide to Building a 6+ Figure Income in the Beauty Industry — a book dedicated to elevating success and professionalism within the industry.

We want to hear and understand your hair goals. What do you love? What do you wish were different? We want to understand your lifestyle and daily routine so we can create a look that fits your life and maintenance schedule.
We clearly lay out the pricing and a plan for you to reach your hair goal before we begin. Our team includes stylists at varying levels and price points, so we can match you with the right person for the work you want and the budget you have.
Based on your hair goals, your stylist will share product and styling tips throughout your appointment to help you keep your hair in the best condition and recreate your look at home. Your product recommendations will always be available at the end of your service.
If for any reason you feel we didn't meet your goal, let us know within two weeks. We'll happily set up a revision appointment so we can better meet your expectations.
We make product recommendations based on your hair's needs. All product purchases are 100% returnable within 90 days — full reimbursement within 30 days, salon credit between 30 and 90.

In the neighborhood
Fix is conveniently located near I-5 in the Roosevelt / Green Lake area of Seattle, on the west side of Roosevelt Way at 61st.
We're a 7-minute walk from the Roosevelt Light Rail Station. Street parking is complimentary in 1 and 2 hour increments — let your stylist know if you'll need to move your car during your visit.
For longer salon visits, the Green Lake Park & Ride is a 7-minute walk to the salon. The US Bank pay-per-hour lot at 63rd and Roosevelt is also a quick three minutes away.
